Those of us who work in the health sciences can require core competencies in a variety of areas such as patient education, research, information management, knowledge management and archives. Many of us work in more than one area, requiring multiple sets of core competencies. Not only can this be confusing for our employers, it can be for us as well! Is it time to bring them all together?
